Joseph David Cornick.
With a background in carpentry and joinery Joseph's interest was sparked whilst working on refurbishment projects on historic Edwardian houses in London. This exposure to old craftsmanship and materials has resulted in a passion for combining classic style and lasting quality.
responsibly SOURCED & RECLAIMED timber
Whilst we work with a variety of materials we ensure all our new timbers are responsibly sourced and comply with PEFC standards. PEFC is the world's largest forest certification system and ensures that our forests are managed sustainably.
We have a particular focus on recycled Australian hardwoods. Most of these reclaimed materials come from old houses around Melbourne and are full of natural character and steeped in history. Instead of going to landfill they are re-purposed into sustainable furniture to last another lifetime.
